Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Assessor is an unqualified worker completing assessments to determine care and support needs of vulnerable clients. undertake assessments to provide and determine equipment that can maintain or improve independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out duty functions including screening referrals and completing essential visits.
  • Understand local authority statutory responsibilities i.e. providing services to meet assessed needs and putting in place protection plans to safeguard vulnerable adults from abuse.
