Business Development Manager


£18-25K per annum depending on experience + OTE

  • One of the fastest growing foreign exchange specialists whom have a team with over 40 years’ experience. They have branches in Spain and Portugal and will be expanding into Marbella, possibly Dubai and more countries in the near future. Their aim is to become a global organisation.

  • Regulated by the FCA as an Authorised Payment Institution. They have measures in place to protect all of their clients’ funds at all times
  • Telesales environment.


The role:

  • Proactive sales
  • Building their own portfolio of key accounts and increasing revenue
  • Making around engaging 50-100+ calls per day
  • Maintaining professional at all times
  • Being resilient
  • Potential travel to trade networking events and possibly abroad for the highest billers.
  • Face to face and tele-pitches
  • Training can be given

The individual:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a sales/telesales position. Fully understands this market and has proven success stories.
  • Proven experience developing new accounts from cold leads
  • Strong telesales experience
  • Able to deliver excellent customer services
  • Proven experience working in a target driven environment
  • Able to spot new opportunities
  • Must be able to hit the ground running
  • Able to make engaging calls to potential customers
  • In 8-12 months, you will be expected to build your own team
  • Able to reach targets
  • Able to exceed targets and drive revenue
