Customer Hub Officer (Revenue and Benefits).

Job Summary:

This position requires expertise in handling housing benefit claims, including processing, verifying income and capital details, and managing council tax reduction.

Key Duties/Accountabilities:

The role involves checking 50 claims per month between now and December, using systems like RB live and Northgate NEC.

There s a focus on accuracy, as evidenced by the Housing Benefits Accuracy Award.

Essential Experience Required:

The candidate must be familiar with information systems like RB line and document management systems to ensure compliance with DWP guidelines.

Training time is limited, so the expectation is to hit the ground running in processing, verifying, and quality-checking benefit claims.

Additional information to note:

This post is part-time, 15 hours per week.

This post is fully remote.
