This is a project for 14 months, with an anticipated go live date of Nov 2025. The NEC Systems Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders, including business users, module leads, Housing Management IT, external vendors, and NEC to ensure the system meets the local authority s requirements and is delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: System Implementation: o Lead the solution design, parameter design and configuration of the NEC Housing system, ensuring it is configured to meet the specific needs of the local authority and module leads. o Lead the mapping of legacy (Capita) data to NEC data. o Support the council IT team's build activity by advising on build steps and actions. o Conduct detailed analysis of current, module specific, processes to identify requirements and areas for improvement. o Support SBC business users and module leads during NEC-led workshops, challenging appropriately and providing the benefit of your experience of similar implementations. Stakeholder Engagement: o Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including business users, housing management teams, IT, NEC consultants and external vendors. o Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure all parties are informed and engaged in the implementation process. o Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and issues. Technical Analysis: o Perform detailed technical analysis to understand the business needs and ensure the system meets them o Provide guidance and advice on solution design and module specific good practice. Develop proposals and presentations to help guide the business to sound decisions. o Resolve any technical and functional issues that arise during the implementation process. o Support system testing and quality assurance to ensure the system meets all functional and technical requirements. Training and Support: o Develop and deliver coaching and training for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using the new system. o Provide support and troubleshooting during the project and post-go live phase. o Create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
